Prior to joining PSMJ, Lisa served as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance for Mason & Hanger (formerly Hankins and Anderson Inc.), a 300-employee, $40 million global design firm focusing on secure, mission-driven facilities. In her role she developed budgets, innovated changes to company policy to withstand the economic crisis, introduced metrics that resulted in a $13 million increase in profits over 24 months, determined internal stock trading value, and led financial due diligence for all M&A activity, including 3 acquisitions and the sale of Hankins and Anderson, and established corporate controls. She also designed and implemented the configuration of the company ERP to reveal P&L by business segment, which drove key strategic decisions on market pursuit.
At PSMJ, Lisa advises AEC firm leaders on internal ownership transitions, ESOPs, and determining valuations for complex transactions.
